Buyer Responsibility for Returns

Prepaid return shipping labels are only provided for damaged or incorrect items.
Eligibility for Returns

Handling & Transaction Fee
For all approved returns (except for damaged/incorrect items), a 7% handling and transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you cancel your order after payment, a 7% deduction will also apply to cover transaction and processing costs.
