Shipping & Delivery Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment and order confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor the progress of your package.

Please note that custom-made or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. If additional time is required, we will communicate this to you.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

USA Orders: 7–12 business days
International Orders: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping service.

We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders. If free shipping applies to your order, it will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

For international orders, applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or standard shipping charge.

Customers are also responsible for providing accurate delivery and customs information required for successful delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send tracking information to the email address provided with your order.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the package is handed over to the courier.

Damaged Orders

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thestraitjackets.com. We will try to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the package has been dispatched.
